Modes and shippingDelivery methodsBruno S.n.c. makes the delivery by the employees of specialized couriers, only in the Italian territory. In the moment of delivery is required the customer or the presence of a trusted person to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the products received correspond to the information on the Order. In case of visible defects, such as the wrong quantity and/or incorrect product or the not integrity of packaging, Bruno S.n.c. asks to the customer, or a person in whom he trusts, to make the reporting of these anomalies on the delivery note and contact Bruno S.n.c. at the “Contacts” link.Bruno S.n.c. Delivery Products purchased at the address specified by the customer, within 30 (thirty) business days from the Order.In the moment of placing the order the method of delivery will be priced. The cost of delivery is determined by the weight and volumetric weight of the products and any additional price for the payment on delivery. The delivery will take place without prior appointment and it is at the street level.The delivery will be made by courier between 8.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday. The courier will do n. 1 (one) attempt to deliver the products to the address specified by the customer. In case of absence at the delivery, the Courier will send to the customer a notice by e-mail with details of the phone number to call, or the link to be selected to arrange the second delivery. After the second not successful attempt, we will send to the customer a new e-mail. The Products will be still kept in storage for free by the Carrier for n. 10 (ten) days of calendar, from the date of submission by the Courier of each of the two e-mail communications above, during which the customer can contact him for further agreements. After n. 10 (ten) days (calendar) of storage, the Order will be automatically canceled and Bruno S.n.c. will provide to notice to the Customer the cancellation of the order with repayment of the value of the Order reduced by the delivery costs, which will be borne by the customer.Bruno S.n.c., as an alternative to the previous delivery mode, offers to its customers the possibility to withdraw the Products purchased at one of its Withdrawal Points. The customer can opt for this mode of delivery in the Purchase, entering the payment mode “free stock Withdrawal”. After that, you will be contacted by Bruno S.n.c. Customer Service to agree on the withdrawal and the day of withdrawal.Withdrawal of the products can be done from Monday to Friday in the offices of:Foggia (FG), zip code 71100, Via Napoli Km. 3;Grottaminarda (AV), zip code 83035, Via Private A. Bruno,The order can be collected between 8.00 and 13.00 and between 15.00 and 19.00. The Products will be delivered to the customer on trolleys and the Buyer shall same load them onto their own transport. Products purchased will remain in storage at the point of career, at no additional cost, to a maximum of fifteen (15) days (calendar) from the day on which the customer is contacted by Customer Service to communicate the availability to retire. After fifteen days of storage the cost is 5.00 Euro (five) total (including VAT) for each day of delay. This cost will be charged to the customer and is payable by credit card. The stock will have a maximum term of 30 (thirty) days (calendar). In the case of non-collection of the Customer Products within the period specified above, the Order will be automatically canceled and Bruno S.n.c. will provide to communicate to the customer with repayment of the Order value itself reduced the costs of storage, which will be borne by the customer.Bruno S.n.c. specifies that the maximum storage timelines as just indicated are not applied to the withdrawal of Grottaminarda point for which the purchased items will remain in storage at no extra cost, to a maximum of 30 (thirty) days (calendar).About the above order of delivery, Bruno S.n.c. will be exempt from any liability in case of delays caused by events, acts, facts and unforeseeable circumstances at the time of conclusion of the specific Purchase Contracts, inevitable and also outside the control of Bruno S.n.c. (For example: strikes, riots, natural disasters, etc.). In this situations Bruno S.n.c. will promptly notify the Customer a new period within which to fulfill delivery and will make every effort to fulfill all its obligations as provided in the Purchase Agreement.Shipping feesThe delivery costs are borne by the customer and adequately in the Purchase Order and subsequent order confirmation highlighted and detailed.For each deliveries mode Bruno S.n.c. applies the following costs based on weight and/or volumetric weight of the packages: About the above order of delivery, Bruno S.n.c.
